If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have made an incorrect order, please return the product unopened within 7 calendar days. The Hemp Market team will happily refund your order if there’s been a mix up.
If your product is damaged or broken upon arrival we can offer a full refund, however we require a photo of the product within 48 hours and will determine each case separately.
Please note that we do not refund or exchange opened or used goods.
